           SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
 

Small Group Personal Training is a cost-effective way for clients to experience the benefits and results of working with an advanced fitness professional. The classes are fun, creative, motivating, challenging and organized. 

Total Body Fitness group personal training accommodates all fitness levels, beginners, athletes, sports specific, baby boomers, office professionals or just a group of friends /individuals. 

Small group personal training is offered online via ZOOM, outdoors, and in studio.  No matter what your needs are, we've got you covered. 

            PERSONAL TRAINING
 

At Total Body Fitness & Wellness personal training studio, we offer personal training for all fitness levels. Our personal trainer can help you lose weight and reduce body fat, build or tone muscles, strenthen core, improve sport performance and prepare for that upcoming competition i.e. Gran Fondo, tournament, marathon, or mudrun. Perhaps you have a special event coming up like a wedding. We can get you looking your best for your special day too.  We, at Total Body Fitness Brampton, believe that YOUR success is OUR success.  We are in it together!

Private personal training is offered online via ZOOM/skype, outdoors, and in studio.  No matter what your needs are, we've got you covered. 

           SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING
 

Sport specific training is simply fitness and performance training designed specifically for athletic performance enhancement. Training programs for athletic performance enhancement could include such areas as strength, speed, power, endurance, flexibility, mobility, agility, mental preparedness (including goal setting), nutrition, and injury risk reduction. 
A general program should include all of these components and a more specific program may only include a few, depending upon the athlete's specific needs (based on strengths, weaknesses and/or imbalances) and the demands of the sport they participate in. No matter what sport you participate in, be it soccer, football, golfing, running, cycling or any other sport, we've got a program specifically for you!

            CORPORATE FITNESS

When employees get in shape, you reduce workplace injuries and time off work! Personal training in the workplace can be done before/after work, or during lunch periods and is suitable for all fitness levels.  All that is needed is some open space, mats and light dumbbells/bands.  This personal training will help increase energy and mental focus, decrease stress levels, promote weight loss and muscle toning, improve posture and self esteem, and increase strength and stamina.  

           IN-HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT EVALUATION

 

With the help of a certified Total Body Fitness personal trainer, you can learn many new exercises using the equipment at home that you already have.  A custom program will be designed for you to follow on your own or with our personal trainer so that you have a plan on how to reach your fitness goals.
